Rohini Manohar describes her quest for joy as one that began with curiosity and winded up bringing her into a lifelong love affair with yoga. She shares palatable and memorable stories with us, along with many points of reflection to contemplate on the mat and in our lives.
A potent storyteller and popular yoga teacher in southern India, Rohini has a unique story and deep conviction that shines with such positivity. Rohini is the Founder of the Chennai Yoga studio and Mitra Yoga Festival along with the author of 5 children’s books. She is currently writing school curriculum based on Yoga and Ayurveda for the New Education Policy in India. Rohini has also been awarded multiple awards for her contribution to yoga by the central government
