Integrating Yoga & the 12 steps for anyone dealing with addiction or dependency in their lives. An opportunity to share, connect & ground to support recovery pathways.

Yoga of 12-Step Recovery uses discussion, asana, pranayama and meditation to explore addiction and recovery within the body/mind continuum. 

It weaves together the wisdom of yoga and the practical tools of 12-Step programs. It is a rich and powerful framework designed to inspire compassionate awareness, change and healing. 


  • Open forum for sharing & connecting to one another in our shared experience of recovery
  • A gentle physical practice that supports nervous system regulation, longevity & overall wellness
  • Powerful breathing techniques that you can practice anytime, anywhere to build resilience
  • Guided meditation to give you the most essential, readily available tool of knowing, trusting & loving yourself at all times

The Brilliance of Hath Yog: Embody the knowledge and make the practice your own

Suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. The only prerequisite is the desire for a deeper understanding of yoga beyond the asana. This pillar offering was developed after 17 years of studying yoga, living in India and developing a solid daily practice.
