Hero's Journey: How I went from burnt out addict to yogi living in the Himalayas

Workshop  suitable for any level; the only prerequisite is some previous knowledge of yoga & a bonus is the desire to have a personal, home practice. 

I went from burnt-out recovering addict to living my yogi dreams in the Himalayas by integrating everything I ever learned in dance & yoga studios, ashrams & wellness circles - into a strong and highly transformational self-practice. 

We'll move through a gentle practice, and I'll leave you with some valuable tools to take into your personal yoga routine, which are 100% do-able and accessible anytime.

Yoga of 12-Step Recovery uses discussion, asana, pranayama and meditation to explore addiction and recovery within the body/mind continuum. 

It weaves together the wisdom of yoga and the practical tools of 12-Step programs. It is a rich and powerful framework designed to inspire compassionate awareness, change and healing.
