Offering a comprehensive Yoga Bodywork Experience. This all-in-one dynamic treatment integrates deep-tissue massage, oil massage, yoga-based stretching therapy, and breathwork while uniting modern yoga (Iyengar) and Ayurvedic principles.

With the addition of assisted stretching using both the hands and feet and calamus powder for blood circulation, this full-body yoga therapy is very different from other traditional massage treatments of Ayurveda.

Appointments available in Malmö at The Ayurvediskt Center on Wednesdays or in the comfort of your own home.

Frequently Asked Questions

1.What happens in the session?

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a holistic bodywork that unfolds on a comfortable floor mattress during sessions lasting 50 to 90 minutes.

What sets AYM apart is its incorporation of assisted stretches, often called “passive yoga.”

These gentle yet effective stretches are customized to your needs, ensuring a profound sense of openness and physical, psychological, and emotional well-being.

2. What is used to perform the treatment?

Unlike traditional Ayurvedic massages, AYM uses only a minimal amount of organic sesame oil.

During the massage, you’ll experience Calamus root powder’s stimulating and detoxifying application with slow, deep strokes using the hands and feet, stimulating blood flow and the movement of pran thoughtout your physical and subtle bodies.

This exquisite blend of techniques results in a unique experience that makes you feel rejuvenated and balanced.

Bobbi’s massages are an absolute delight. She gives so much nourishment and care and her love just flows through her magical hands when she’s giving them.

You can tell she’s a highly experienced body worker and knows the body well through her yoga experience as well.

Highly recommend her massages! Wish I lived in the same city as her!
