Perched within Norway’s majestic mountains, this retreat is a unique invitation to blend your inner and outer worlds, moving into the lived experience of Sadhana.
An immersive journey into the heart of tradition.
This retreat provides the "yogi cave" environment needed to unfold the mystery of the Self, by going deeper into the spiritual and embodied practices. Between our deep-dive sessions, you are invited to rinse and repeat the practice by immersing yourself in the serene Nordic landscape—relaxing in the sauna, strolling through ancient trails, or finding stillness by a pristine alpine lake.
FOR THOSE WHO ARE READY TO GO DEEPER
September 17 - 20
Nøsen Yoga Hotel, Norway
A dedicated practice of dynamic Yogasana, Pranayama, and Meditation to prepare the body to become a steady seat for stillness. Skilled hands-on adjustments & personalized feedback.
Transition from movement into the "state of Yog" through contemplative dialogue and Nondual Meditation.
Rejuvenate the body and mind with forest immersion, traditional saunas, and wild lake swims—harmonizing the depth of your study with the restorative power of the majestic Norwegian wild.
Practical, light-hearted guidance on how to integrate traditional pillars of yogic knowledge into your life now. Take the mystery out of your daily practice and learn to meet the miracles of life with equanimity.
We bring the ancient wisdom of the Vedic scriptures to life, proving that these timeless truths are not just for the forest-dwellers of the past, but for the modern seeker today.
